We require a deposit upon booking to secure your date which will be used as your damage deposit and will be returned upon inspection of the equipment.
Please note, if you would like to cancel within 14 days of your booking, your deposit is non-refundable. As most of our equipment is not waterproof, outdoor events are only permitted if there is no rain and the ground is dry. This includes if the forecast is to rain within the period of hire, if there is chance of rain or wind, we advise covering the equipment or moving indoors.
Equipment must be clean of any debris, mud, dirt prior to collection. If the terms and conditions are not followed, the deposit will not be returned.
